Terms & Conditions of our Academy

1. Payment:

• Payment for enrollment in classes at Stem Academy is to be made in full in advance or on a half-yearly basis, as per the selected payment plan.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in this agreement.

2. Admission:

• Admission to Stem Academy is subject to availability and meeting the eligibility criteria set forth by the academy.
• The academy reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant without providing a reason.

3. Parent Behavior:

• Parents or guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the premises of Stem Academy.
• Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards staff, students, or other parents will not be tolerated and may result in the expulsion of the student from the academy.

4. Attendance:

• Regular attendance is crucial for the student's progress and success at Stem Academy.
• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually.
• Excessive absenteeism may result in additional tutoring requirements or dismissal from the academy.

5. Payment Refund:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances necessitating withdrawal from Stem Academy, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
• Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be subject to review by the academy administration.
• Any approved refunds will be processed according to the academy's refund policy.

6. For Students in Grades 5-10:

• Stem Academy caters to students in grades 5 through 10.
• Students must meet the academic and behavioral standards set by the academy to remain enrolled.

7. Coaching Classes:

• Coaching classes at Stem Academy are designed to supplement the regular school curriculum and enhance students' understanding of STEM subjects.
• The academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, curriculum, and teaching staff as deemed necessary for the benefit of the students.
  
• These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between ZALAK KARAN PATEL, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).
• By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
